MEMBERSHIP

If you're ready to compete beyond Learn to Skate USA, take U.S. Figure Skating tests, or simply want to advance your skills, it is a perfect time to join the club.

Benefits of joining the Michiana Ice Figure Skating Club include:​​

  • Reduced member rates for freestyle session

  • Represent Michiana Ice at U.S. Figure Skating sanctioned competitions

  • Participate in U.S. Figure Skating sanctioned test sessions and competitions

  • Audition for a featured role in Irish on Ice (annual show)

  • Attend fun social events and participate in team camaraderie

  • Educational sessions geared towards improving skating knowledge

  • Training sessions geared towards improving skating skills

  • Membership with United States Figure Skating

  • Subscription to SKATING magazine

TYPES

Full Club Membership - $115

  • For skaters Preliminary and above

  • Additional family members $70 each

Introductory Membership - $55

  • For skaters who have never been a member of US figure skating club

  • Previous Aspire Membership and have passed first USFS test (if mid season will be able to transfer to introductory membership for free for remainder of season)

One time rate - will be full club member the following season\

Transfer Membership - $30

  • for skaters already belonging to a club looking to transfer

​

Coach Memberships

Coach Membership - $85

  • USFS club membership

  • Access to coach on club ice

  • Contact information on website/brochures/social media

  • Must be compliant with USFS/LTS

Non-home Club Coach Membership - $20

  • Access to coach on club ice

  • Contact information on website/  brochures/social media

  • Must be compliant with USFS/LTS​

Aspire - $45

Aspire memberships are for skaters in our Aspire Academy. This is like a "bridge" membership before becoming fully committed to the club. There are no club obligations or requirements besides paying the membership fee. Visit our Aspire Academy page for more information.

  • Skaters transitioning out of Learn to Skate - Preliminary

  • Will pay through US figure skating - select Michiana Ice FSC as program

  • To purchase an Aspire membership go to this link: Aspire Membership Registration - will be updated soon

  • When asked which program your affiliated with search "Indiana" and select "Aspire Academy - 3738"
